Ark Investment Ventures, LLC (“Ark Investment Ventures,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “AIV Messaging Program”) subject to Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the AIV Messaging Program, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

AIV Messaging Program
1. We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our real estate syndication opportunities, including updates on new investment projects, educational materials related to multifamily real estate, and may also include specials, marketing offers, and event invitations. Transactional messages relate to ongoing interactions and may include reminders for scheduled calls, webinars, or events. Messages may be sent using automated technology, such as autodialers or automated systems. We will send periodic messages as needed. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to admin@info.aiventuresllc.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the number provided. You confirm that the number you provide belongs to you and is not used without your authorization. If your number changes or you are no longer the owner, you agree to promptly notify us at admin@info.aiventuresllc.com. Participation in the Program is not required to make any investment with us.

Example: You have successfully opted in for messages from Ark Investment Ventures. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas or at all times. We and our service providers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile messages.

Modifications
We may modify or terminate the Program or any of its features at any time. We may also revise these Mobile Messaging Terms. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. By continuing to participate in the Program, you accept the revised terms.
