Barry has over twenty-six years of construction and development experience. He has managed over $500 Million in commercial real estate development projects. Concentrated in land development and ground up construction of apartments, condos, flex space warehouses, single family housing, and townhouses. Most recently he has led the design and construction of over 2500 apartment units in North and South Carolina.
