Barry has more than 26 years of experience in construction and real estate development. Over the course of his career, he has managed upwards of $500 million in commercial development projects, with a focus on land development and the ground-up construction of apartments, condos, flex-space warehouses, single-family homes, and townhouses. Most recently, he has overseen the design and construction of over 3,000 apartment units throughout North and South Carolina.
